How to cancel
Cancel whenever you like — no extra steps and no discounts thrown at you on the way out. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your history stays.
Web
- Open owlsolve and go to Settings > Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. That's it.
iPhone
- Open the Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions > owlsolve > Cancel Subscription.
Android
- Open Google Play and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > owlsolve > Cancel.
Mac
- The Mac app is coming soon. Subscriptions bought there will be managed in App Store settings.
Refunds
Subscribed on the web? Your first subscription is refunded in full automatically if you ask within 14 days and have used fewer than 30 solves; other requests are reviewed by our team. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through the store. See the Terms of Service for details.

How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. We'll remind you 24 hours before it ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged; otherwise $59.99 is charged for one year when the trial ends.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can change between weekly, monthly, and yearly at any time. The new plan starts when your current period ends.
Does Pro work on all my devices?
Yes. Pro is tied to your owlsolve account, so it's active on the web and in the apps wherever you sign in.
Can I get a refund?
If you subscribed on the web, your first subscription is refunded in full automatically when you ask within 14 days and have used fewer than 30 solves. Other requests are reviewed by our team. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through the store.
How do I cancel Pro?
On the web, open Settings > Subscription and choose Cancel subscription — two clicks, no extra steps. In the iPhone or Android app, cancel in App Store or Google Play settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
