Delete your owlsolve account

Delete from the web

1. Open owlsolve and log in with the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings > Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. If you logged in more than 10 minutes ago, we'll ask you to log in again first.

Delete in the app

In the iPhone or Android app, go to Settings > Account & privacy > Delete account.

What happens next

• You're logged out on all your devices right away, and we email you to confirm the request.
• 7-day waiting period. Changed your mind? Just log in again within 7 days and the deletion is canceled.
• After 7 days we permanently delete your account and its data, and email you when it's done. You can sign up again with the same email later, but it will be a new, empty account.

Subscriptions

• A subscription bought on the web stops renewing as soon as you confirm. The current period isn't refunded.
• App Store and Google Play subscriptions aren't canceled for you. Cancel them in your store account to stop being charged — see how to cancel. You can delete your account either way.

What gets deleted

Your profile and sign-in methods, conversations, questions and answers, the photos you uploaded, feedback and messages you sent us, your inbox, and your devices and sessions. We keep only what the law requires: purchase and payment records (for tax purposes), with your profile and content removed. See our Privacy Policy.

Want a copy first?

In Settings, choose Download my data. We'll prepare a ZIP file of your data and email you a link that works for 7 days.

Can't log in?

Email privacy@owlsolve.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Parents or guardians asking us to delete a child's account can use the same address. For other questions, contact support@owlsolve.ai.
